Terms & Conditions

By creating an account you accept these terms. The service is provided to businesses, so consumer distance-selling cancellation rights do not apply. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

• You must give accurate details and verify your email address before using the app.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by staff you invite.
• Keep your password and your staff access PINs confidential, and remove staff who no longer need access.

• New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken when you choose a plan during the trial.
• After the trial, each site costs £5 per month or £50 per year. Billing is per site — if you run three sites, you pay for three subscriptions.
• Each site includes 3GB of upload storage. An extra 3GB is available for £5 per month on monthly plans only; it is not offered with yearly plans.
• Prices are in pounds sterling. Where VAT applies it is calculated and shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are taken by our payment provider on the renewal date.
• If a payment fails we will retry and email you. Access may be suspended if payment remains outstanding.

You can cancel any site subscription at any time from the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you keep access until then. We do not provide refunds for part-used periods except where required by law or where we are at fault.

• Do not use the service unlawfully, or to store content you have no right to hold.
• Do not attempt to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass usage limits.
• Do not resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

You own the records you enter. We process them on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data or delete your account at any time. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your accounting records and for meeting your own HMRC, Companies House and VAT obligations.

The service is record-keeping and reporting software. Reports, VAT summaries and exports are generated from the data you enter and do not constitute accounting, tax or legal advice. Always check figures with your accountant before submitting them.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance and will try to schedule it to minimise disruption. Support is available by email at hello@logyou.co.uk.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or has unpaid fees. If we close your account we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data unless the law prevents it.

We may update these terms and will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
