Cookie Policy

We keep cookies to a minimum. Optional cookies are only set after you accept them.

What cookies are

Cookies and browser storage are small files a site saves on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and, if you agree, to measure how the app is used.

Strictly necessary — always on

  • Authentication tokens that keep you signed in to your account and let staff stay signed in after entering their PIN.
  • Security tokens that protect forms and sign-in against misuse.
  • Your cookie choice itself, so we do not ask again on every visit.
  • Interface preferences such as the site you last worked on and sidebar state.

These are required for the app to work, so they do not need consent under the UK PECR regulations. They are removed when you sign out or when they expire.

Optional — only with your consent

  • Analytics: anonymous usage measurement that helps us see which features are used and where people get stuck.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with advertisers.

Changing your choice

Use the banner shown on your first visit to accept all or essential only. To change your mind later, clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser settings and the banner will appear again. You can also block or delete cookies entirely in your browser, though the app will not be able to keep you signed in.
